Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, schedule, and monitor budgetary, financial, accounting, or auditing activities to support IC organizations and programs.
• Interpret and assess impacts of new and revised Executive or Congressional language on planned or existing resources, programs, and mission.
• Collect, research, and analyze financial information to develop testimony, briefings, and talking points for senior DNI leadership and Congress.
• Lead development of complex financial analyses and provide expert advice to senior IC customers.
• Oversee financial implications of strategic planning, investment control, and budgeting across the IC.
• Develop, implement financial management policies and guidelines and establish performance metrics.
• Collaborate to standardize IC and ODNI financial reporting.
• Modify long-range plans in response to Congressional and Presidential goals.
• Liaise with ODNI, OMB, and oversight committees on financial management issues.
