Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Resource Officer to support the Intelligence Community operations, overseeing budget planning, formulation, justification, execution, and resource management to enable mission success.

You will analyze programmatic data, provide financial insights, and coordinate with stakeholders. Strong IC budget experience and proficiency with COGNOS, BASIS, ALM, and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in government financial management or budget management.
• Experience with IC budgeting and federal budget processes.
• Ability to analyze programmatic and financial data and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, formulate, justify, and execute client budgets across the federal budget cycle.
• Coordinate budget activities within the Intelligence Community to align resources with priorities.
• Prepare budget documentation, justifications, and supporting materials.
• Generate and submit RCAF for operations teams.
• Provide recommendations to resolve budget and resource issues.
