Credence in Fort Belvoir, VA, seeks a Senior Program Analyst - INSCOM to support Army INSCOM programs. You will handle resource planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring alignment with DoD processes and providing pivotal support to senior military and civilian staff.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance, a 10-year DoD financial management background, and familiarity with PPBE and related processes. On-site work at Ft. Belvoir, VA, with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Active Top-Secret/TS-SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management or related field.
• Ten years of DoD financial management experience.
• Knowledge of Army resource management concepts and systems (APE, POM, SAG, PEG, MDEP, PPBE).
• Completed Fiscal Law and PPBE courses or willingness to complete within 120 days.
