Job summary

AFR Furniture Rental in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Residential Account Executive to drive revenue by winning new business and expanding relationships with apartment communities and property managers. You will consult with clients, present tailored furniture solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who can identify customer needs, negotiate, and consistently meet sales

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or a client-facing role.
Experience selling to residential, multifamily, property management, real estate, relocation, or B2B clients is a plus.
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, present solutions, negotiate, and close business.
Strong communication, presentation, organization, time management, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with apartment communities, property management companies, corporate direct clients, and other residential segments.
Generate new business through targeted prospecting, cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through proposal, close, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution and a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
