American Furniture Rental is seeking a Residential Account Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with residential clients, including apartment communities and property managers.

In this role you will prospect, present tailored furniture solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience selling to residential, multifamily, property management, real estate, relocation, or B2B clients is a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, present solutions, negotiate, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with apartment communities and property management clients.
• Generate new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Present products and services via virtual and in-person consultations, communicating value, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and cost-benefit analyses; negotiate to close.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
