Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in graduate medical education administration, healthcare administration, academic administration, or related field.
TAGME certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs operational, accreditation, educational, and administrative activities for the emergency medicine residency program.
Oversees budget, staffing, and resource allocation strategies to support program goals.
Liaises with Program Directors, Department Leadership, and GME leadership to ensure compliance and program effectiveness.
Oversees credentialing, onboarding, NRMP processes, and recruitment operations.
Manages staff supervision and workforce development, aligning with institutional standards.
