Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation and strategic planning for the residency program.
• Coordinate budgeting and resource analysis for the program.
• Serve as primary admin resource interfacing with University and DMC personnel.
• Support program director and department chair in planning and operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ACGME/RRC requirements.
