Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine seeks a Program Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the Emergency Medicine residency. You will report to the Assistant Director for Education Administration and supervise the Residency Program Coordinator, coordinating communications among residents, faculty, and leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, onboarding, CME, and ensuring compliance with GME/ACGME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of GME work experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with staff and faculty at all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations of the Emergency Medicine residency.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and communications among residents, faculty, and leadership.
• Ensure accreditation and compliance with GME/ACGME standards.
• Lead recruitment, interview logistics, and Match processes.
• Supervise Residency Program Coordinator(s) and manage records.
