You'll supervise staff or contractors as needed and collaborate across departments. The role emphasizes equity, transparency in compensation, and supporting organizational strategy with rigorous research.

Qualifications

• Outstanding campaign researcher with 3+ years of professional research experience across multiple areas.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to drive projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of turning ideas into concrete research outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute a research portfolio aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop plans, timelines, and deliverables for internal and public outputs.
• Present findings to staff, network, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with campaigns and affiliates to inform strategy and tactics.
• Support research trainings and capacity building.
