Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; five years in research development, strategy, or proposals.
• Three years supervising teams and driving performance.
• Experience in defense, energy, or mission-driven research strategy with agencies or industry partners.
• Proven ability to develop and execute institutional research strategies with executive rigor.
• Direct experience in research administration at a research-intensive university.
• Advanced proficiency in data management and analytics using Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Translate research intelligence into actionable strategy and build multi-institutional consortia.
• Lead collaborations with sponsors, national laboratories, and industry partners.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Proposal Development, Core Facilities, and IP offices.
• Position teams for center-scale funding opportunities across technical domains.
• Produce executive briefs, policy reports, and responses to RFIs from sponsors.
