Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Administrative Director to set strategic administrative direction and coordinate research activities within the Wellman Center for Photomedicine. You will collaborate with physicians, scientists, and leadership to manage financial, personnel, regulatory, and operational aspects of the research program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of directly related management experience in research settings.
• Academic environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of research administration and grant management.
• Develop program activities to advance the Center's mission.
• Lead an administrative staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies from MGB, HMS and government guidelines.
• Monitor funding and provide fiscal projections and guidance.
