Mass General Brigham seeks a visionary Administrative Director for the Division of Therapeutic Development, Intervention, and Evaluation. This role leads cross-hospital integration, aligns clinical, research, and educational activities, and guides financial stewardship across the AMC entities.

The position reports to senior leadership, oversees budget, staffing, and operations, and drives multi-year strategic initiatives in a large, academic healthcare system.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, academic medicine, hospital operations, or related healthcare environment.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or personnel management experience, including leading teams and overseeing staff performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Division’s vision, priorities, and operational goals in partnership with executive leadership.
• Coordinate integration of divisional operations across clinical, research, education, and administrative functions.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Develop policies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and financial stewardship.
• Foster strong relationships across the Division, Department, hospitals, and MGB system.
