Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Manager to supervise research staff and oversee daily operations of the clinical research data management team. Under direct supervision, you will guide 4–6 FTEs and coordinate project tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

You will coordinate training, performance evaluations, and pre-activation activities, while partnering with sponsors and investigators.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years research experience required
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line supervision to 4-6 FTEs and oversee day-to-day operations of the staff.
• Train new staff and assess continuing education needs; manage performance processes.
• Coordinate with sponsors to resolve monitoring issues and ensure protocol compliance.
• Assist with pre-activation activities, including pre-site qualification visits and regulatory routing.
