Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Resnek Family Center for PSC Research seeks a Program Director to lead strategy, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement across MGB and collaborators. This senior role partners with the center director and PI to develop and execute a durable plan, expand the center's impact, and ensure high performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
• 8-10+ years of program management experience required.
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience required.
• Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PI to design and implement an efficient organizational framework aligned with the center's goals.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the center’s PI, shaping short- and long-term plans and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster dynamic partnerships across MGB’s departments and external organizations to drive innovation and impact.
• Cultivate external partnerships to advance the center’s mission and funding opportunities.
• Work with the Resnek Center PI to build and lead a growing, cohesive team and promote an inclusive culture.
• Drive long-term financial sustainability by identifying diverse funding sources and partnerships.
• Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy with the AMC Development Office and enhance donor engagement.
• Lead strategic communications to position the Resnek Center as a global PSC leader and manage content and media relations.
