You will manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely shipping. The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to support production scheduling and quality management.

Qualifications

• Experience with forecast data and replenishment planning is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data and execute replenishment plans to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
• Identify and analyze potential issues to ensure demand is fulfilled.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to support smooth order execution and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with related internal teams to maintain an optimum level of inventory.
• Support profitability through effective execution of the replenishment plan.
• Manage associate buyers/replenishment analysts.
• Develop strong knowledge of products for production scheduling and quality management.
• Continuously strive to produce more visible, accurate, and timely schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers on production schedules, shipping schedules, pending claims or quality issues, and production capability issues.
• Provide shipping directions to suppliers and take necessary steps to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
