Job summary

Kiss Products, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage inventory, sourcing, and the procurement cycle across multiple plants.

You will release POs, coordinate with manufacturing, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials within budget guidelines. Ideal candidates have strong negotiating skills, experience with PO software and MRP systems, and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and determine required inventory and release purchase orders.
• Manage optimal inventory levels across plants.
• Coordinate purchasing with manufacturing for timely, cost-effective inventory.
• Monitor and update purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales to fulfill orders.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate terms and conditions.
