Job summary

Kiss Beauty Group is seeking a Replenishment & Sales Analyst to optimize Walmart inventory, boost in-stock performance, and support replenishment execution. You will analyze demand, forecasts, and sales trends, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, monitoring OTIF, and preparing business insights for internal and customer-facing meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales analytics, category management, or retail operations.
Experience supporting Walmart or major retail customers preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, or replenishment systems preferred.
Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
Education(s): Bachelor of Science (B.S)
Work Experience: 2-4 years in related field
Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office 365, Walmart Retail Link

Responsibilities

Replenishment: Monitor inventory, in-stock performance, and replenishment metrics to minimize stockouts and excess.
Replenishment: Analyze demand, forecasts, and sales patterns to support planning.
Replenishment: Collaborate with supply chain to resolve issues and improve productivity.
Replenishment: Monitor Walmart replenishment systems and identify improvement opportunities.
Replenishment: Perform OTIF reviews and address service concerns.
Replenishment: Track price changes, item transitions, and inventory impacts.
Replenishment: Support new item launches, replenishment setup, and pre-pack efforts.
Replenishment: Maintain item attributes and product information for accuracy.
Replenishment: Participate in testing and process improvements.
Replenishment: Monitor KPIs including in-stock levels, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, and productivity.
Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and performance tools.
Sales Analytics: Analyze trends, promotions, and category results for opportunities and risks.
Sales Analytics: Support Walmart sales planning with data insights.
Sales Analytics: Review item-level performance and drive sales growth.
Sales Analytics: Collaborate with Sales on assortment changes, launches, and pricing impacts.
Sales Analytics: Ensure data accuracy across retailer systems and internal reports.
Sales Analytics: Assist with item setup, verification, descriptions, and content management.
Sales Analytics: Prepare recurring summaries, business reviews, and presentations.
