Job summary

Azteca Milling LP, a Gruma Corporation subsidiary, seeks a Replenishment Manager to oversee inventory flow, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment for customers. The role minimizes stockouts and excess inventory while supporting retail partners through accurate order and data management.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams, manage orders, and drive process improvements using platforms like Repositrack, Syndigo, and Luminate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of replenishment, demand planning, or supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers.
• Develop demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.
• Ensure daily purchase orders are received, reviewed, and routed for pickup or delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support retailers (e.g., Walmart) with order flow and data accuracy.
• Analyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logistics.
• Prepare and distribute daily sales reports by distribution center and store.
