Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Management, or Demand Planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations and transformation efforts.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or fresh/perishable supply chains strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own business administration of replenishment and inventory systems.
• Lead inter-departmental projects with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Stores, IT, and Finance.
• Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning in replenishment and demand planning.
• Optimize forecasting and replenishment tools to enhance performance metrics.
