Job summary

Azteca Milling LP seeks a Replenishment Manager to optimize inventory flow and forecast demand across key customers. You will drive replenishment for daily to monthly cycles, coordinate purchase orders, and partner with Sales and Logistics to maintain service levels.

Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems are essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven decisions will support retail partners like Walmart and improve order

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field; 3–5 years of replenishment or related roles.
• Experience working with major retailers (Walmart experience strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP / replenishment systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers.

Azteca Milling LP, which is responsible for producing MASECA, is a subsidiary of Gruma Corporation. With more than 60 years of experience, Gruma is the largest producer of corn masa flour in the world. Azteca Milling L.P. is currently seeking a Replenishment Manager, this position is responsible for managing inventory flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of products to customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory, and supporting retail partners through efficient order and data management.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customers
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
• Ensure purchase orders are received daily; review routing, confirm appointments, and coordinate pickups
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage order accuracy, fill rates, and service level performance metrics
• Support retail partners (e.g., Walmart) with order flow, item setup, and data accuracy
• Analyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logistics
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, lead times, and delivery windows
• Prepare and distribute daily sales reports by DC and by store
• Work with platforms such as Repositrack, Syndigo, and Luminate
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize replenishment and inventory management

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or supply chain roles * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
