Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to manage Basic SKUs across 8,200 stores and 17 distribution centers, ensuring strong in-stock positions for promotions and core sales. The role involves forecasting, optimizing inventory, and partnering with suppliers.

You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet goals and drive inventory turns, while contributing to cost-efficient assortment planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two or more years of related retail and/or replenishment experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDA Replenishment, Relex, MMS/AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 SKUs in 8,200 stores across 17 DCs, handling basic SKUs for promotions and base sales to maximize sales and turnover.
• Forecast assigned SKUs by Distribution Center to ensure inventory supports sales and company goals.
• Investigate root causes of overstocks and stockouts, implement action plans to improve in-stock positions and turns.
• Create purchase orders to DCs to maximize store service levels and optimize department turn; track inbound POs.
