Job summary

Family Dollar in Chesapeake, Virginia seeks a Replenishment Analyst to optimize Basic SKU inventory across 7,000 stores and 8 DCs, supporting over $300M in annual sales. You will manage forecasts, PO deployments, and store in-stock levels, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams to hit inventory and service targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in retail/replenishment, strong Excel/SQL skills, and the ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four-year college or university or equivalent experience/training.
• Two (2) or more years of related retail and/or replenishment experience.
• Must be results driven, adaptable, detail oriented and organized; strong problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment Buyers manage an average of 400-500 SKUs across 7,000 stores from 8 DCs representing $300M+ in annual sales.
• Manage allocations of Basic product to support promotions and maintain Store In-Stock.
• Own metrics to ensure forecasts, purchasing and deployment meet inventory, margin and sales goals.
• Investigate overstocks, stockouts and Turn opportunities; implement action plans.
• Track and expedite inbound Purchase Orders.
• Partner with Suppliers and cross functional teams to ensure Store In-Stock and service levels.
• Weekly analysis of categories/suppliers; present findings to category team.
• Approve Purchase Orders up to $70,000 at cost.
• Communicate business needs across levels within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
