Job summary

Harbor Wholesale seeks a Replenishment Buyer to manage inventory procurement using systems and processes across the Harbor network. The role is office-based in Lacey, WA or Modesto, CA, with hybrid eligibility after training.

Responsibilities include maintaining fill rate, reducing aging inventory, and coordinating with Category Management and Logistics to maximize profitability. 2+ years in purchasing and strong Excel/ERP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid intermediate Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• 2+ years direct purchasing/buying and vendor interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for fill rate and inventory turns.
• Process purchase orders across Harbor warehouses daily.
• Expedite orders and secure secondary resources as needed.
• Transfer inventory between warehouses per hub/spoke relationships.
• Collaborate with Category Management and Customer Service on shortages.
