Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Replenishment Buyer at our Westlake, TX headquarters. You will manage vendor relationships and inventory investment to reach fill rate and cost targets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to implement programs and drive category performance.

Qualifications

2+ years in buying, planning, sales, and allocation responsibilities.
4-year degree or equivalent experience/training within the field.
Familiarity or working knowledge of SAP, AS400 and R6 is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Review, maintain, and forecast inventory levels to ensure targeted fill rates.
Maintain and build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and longevity of relationships.
Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels to customers and the sales team.
Prepare reports and records related to buying and inventory activities.
