Job summary

Harbor Wholesale is seeking a Junior Replenishment Buyer to support purchasing and administrative tasks across multiple warehouses. The role offers hands-on exposure to our procurement processes and daily order activity, with in-office training and an eventual hybrid work arrangement in Lacey, WA or Modesto, CA.

The position pays $27-$32 per hour DOE and emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and vendor relations as you develop into full buyer responsibilities within a growing foodservice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in foodservice, convenience, grocery, or CPG industries preferred.
• Vendor relationships or procurement experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily purchase orders for warehouses based on data and EOQ concepts.
• Learn procurement KPIs and strive to meet goals.
• Keep contacts and ordering criteria in shared notes for procurement team.
• Create and share reports for purchasing and other departments.
• Act as backup for Administrative Assistants for order confirmations and vendor follow-ups.
• Support cross-training for department coverage.
• Foster partnerships with suppliers and brokers to achieve goals.
• Pursue professional development and certifications.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by leadership.
