Core-Mark is seeking a Replenishment Buyer for our Westlake, TX headquarters. You will manage vendor relationships and inventory investment to achieve fill rates and optimize cost of sales, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to implement programs.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, develop strategic plans, and ensure timely communication with partners while maintaining strong inventory control and process discipline.

Competenze

• 2+ years of combined buying, planning, sales, and allocation responsibilities.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, AS400, R6 preferred.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong vendor negotiation and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Review, maintain, and forecast inventory levels to ensure targeted fill rates.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure service quality.
• Maintain adequate inventory to support customers and sales.
• Provide timely communication with internal and external partners.
• Manage buying system parameters to ensure accurate orders.
• Identify solutions to inventory conditions to avoid spoilage.
• Develop performance metrics for each supplier and track goals.
• Monitor fill-rate, DCOS, aged inventory and expiration reports.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on products.
• Support seasonal planning and market trends.
• Prepare reports and records related to buying and inventory activities.
• Travel as required for the position.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
