UNITED REFRIGERATION, INC. is seeking a full-time Replenishment Buyer to join our in-office team at the Northeast Philadelphia HQ. You will manage stock levels, collaborate with suppliers, and optimize replenishment strategies across multiple distribution centers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, lifecycle management for profitability, and cross-functional collaboration with branch networks and HQ teams. Strong Excel skills and BI familiarity are valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels across distribution centers.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships with business units.
• Incorporate sales analysis and forecasting models into replenishment strategies.
• Manage product lifecycle for profitability and ROI.
• Ensure ERP item data accuracy including pricing and descriptions.
• Resolve discrepancies between suppliers and URI.
• Provide purchasing support for branch network needs.
• Participate in vendor rebate negotiations with leadership.
• Contribute to seasonal buy opportunities analysis and execution.
• Support promotions, roll-outs, and planograms for on-time supply.
• Monitor vendor metrics like on-time delivery and fill rate.
• Mentor the buyer’s assistant and communicate with branches and HQ.
