Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in stock replenishment, special orders, and drop-ship purchasing.
• Advanced Excel for data lookup, tracking, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own stock replenishment lifecycle across branches.
• Analyze inventory data and demand to place weekly replenishments.
• Review POs for pricing, freight, and delivery terms.
• Audit price books and communicate margin impacts.
• Resolve PO price variances with accounting.
• Manage end-to-end drop-ship procurement with manufacturers.
• Expedite past-due POs to satisfy critical customer requests.
