Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead data integration projects for healthcare clients. You will manage setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges, and serve as the primary technical contact during client implementations.

This role requires strong Excel/SQL experience, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and timelines remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years project management or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a client facing role.
• Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with SQL and XML a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong self-starter with internal motivation.
• Negotiation skills to achieve compliance with specifications.
• Ability to listen, understand and solve problems.
• Ability to lead and explain technical requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross functional team.
• Ability to work with ambiguous instructions.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges.
• Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients.
• Coordinate cross functional implementation tasks; create and manage project plans; assist in developing project scope documentation.
• Coordinate the submission of requirements and track the progress of technical project development.
• Lead technical implementation calls, setting expectations and timelines with clients.
• Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing and validation of file solutions.
• Manage technical implementation documentation and contribute to team process documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned by team leader.
