Redox is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare integration projects. You will bridge Engineering, Implementation, and Product with customers, translating requirements into execution plans and timelines.

You’ll manage budgets, risks, and scope changes, while ensuring smooth handoffs and accurate reporting. This role supports a remote-first, US-based team with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in technical or SaaS project management.
• Comfort with APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong risk identification and problem solving.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Translate requirements into execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.
• Coordinate between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; unblock blockers.
• Manage budget, billable hours, and status reporting.
• Own SOWs, scope changes, issues logs, and time tracking.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Improve PM processes and document lessons learned for future projects.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements and enhancements.
