Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or industrial engineering with a focus on optimization.
• Proven expertise in supply chain modeling, simulation, optimization software, and advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of inventory management techniques, transportation strategies, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
• Design and model improved network configurations, transportation routes, and inventory policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of supply chain initiatives.
• Utilize advanced analytics and simulation tools to forecast demand, assess risks, and evaluate potential improvements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.
