• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations optimization or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and software (Excel, Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with process simulation software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and model improved workflows, resource allocations, and system configurations.
• Develop data-driven strategies to reduce costs and minimize waste.
