Job summary

Super Organics is hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee supply planning and execution for a growing portfolio of brands. This remote role reports to the CEO and involves coordinating manufacturing, quality release, warehousing, and fulfillment.

You will manage demand planning, packaging artwork, and relationships with contract manufacturers and 3PLs while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance under cGMP guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into purchasing decisions.
• Experience creating and reconciling purchase orders.
• Familiarity with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplements.
• Ability to document decisions and coordinate with partners.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and purchase order management.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules, quality release, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure brand quality, compliance, and recall readiness.
• Manage packaging artwork and labeling reviews.
• Oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics with 3PLs.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities to reduce shipping expenses.
• Maintain inventory records and provide actionable reporting.
• Lead process documentation scalable with the business.
