Ladders is seeking a RCM Regional Sales Manager, Strategic to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead strategic revenue cycle management sales efforts across targeted healthcare accounts, with a focus on building trusted relationships and driving new business growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sales experience in healthcare RCM or related sectors.
• Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue cycle management sales targets.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with large healthcare organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closing.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless client onboarding.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
