Job summary

ModMed is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Strategic, to drive revenue growth for our Revenue Cycle Management solutions within a designated territory. You will lead strategic plans, target large physician practices and health systems, and own end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, assess client needs, and coordinate with product and marketing to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sales in healthcare RCM, medical billing services, or healthcare IT.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and payer dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve RCM targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with large practices and health systems.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with RCM operations, product, and marketing for onboarding.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
