Job summary

Nws is seeking a Director of Data Center Sales East to lead and grow our data center solutions business across colocation, connectivity, power, cloud, and network infrastructure. This role is remote within the USA and focuses on accelerating revenue growth, expanding executive relationships, and guiding a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities include owning revenue targets, forecasting, pursuing new markets, and leading RFP/RFI responses with carriers, cloud providers, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of sales experience in data center, telecom, or distribution industries.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and exceeding multimillion-dollar targets.
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for data center solutions and telecom distribution products.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and business development initiatives.
• Identify new markets and product opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with data center operators, telecom carriers, cloud providers, distributors, integrators, and enterprise clients.
• Serve as subject matter expert on data center technologies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and lead RFP/RFI responses.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and partner events.
