Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Release Train Engineer to own and manage a component of a technology portfolio. You will collaborate with partners to develop technology solutions and business cases across functional groups.

The role requires strong Agile experience, including Scrum events and SAFe-like coordination, and the ability to translate business strategy into programs and manage IT activities. This position is hybrid with locations in Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; and Addison, TX.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years as a business analyst or project manager.
• Experience with a disciplined SDLC process.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum Master environment.
• Experience in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience gathering information for BRDs, wireframes, epic/story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between client area and IT management.
• Provide technical leadership as a proactive business partner.
• Oversee implementation of programs, projects, or processes.
• Coordinate translation of business strategy into work programs.
• Manage IT-related activities for a client or business area.
• Direct lower-level managers and team leaders.
