Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Release Train Engineer to facilitate Agile Release Train events and coordinate cross-team dependencies onsite in the local metro area. You will work with Product Management, Product Owners, and multiple stakeholders to ensure strategy aligns with execution, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teams in Agile practices.

The role requires mastery of Azure DevOps, SAFe and Agile measurements, and a willingness to work the 3PM–12AM ET shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in equivalent Agile leadership roles.
• Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Master proficiency in Agile Measurement and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage with multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the continuous improvement of Agile Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Support the development and alignment of program objectives with organizational goals through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage expertise to mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train.
