• Experience coordinating release processes across multiple teams in a software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex delivery activities into actionable plans, risks, decisions and reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the release process for core releases across engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Own end-to-end QA environment activity schedules including deployment windows and validation checkpoints.
• Assist with patch releases including packaging, delivery tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain deployment and testing status visibility for active releases and manage blockers.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments by partnering with stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports using Jira data and release information to support decisions.
• Contribute to best practices for release execution and cross-team communication.
