Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the release process for core releases, tracking milestones and readiness.
• Own the operational schedule for end-to-end QA activity, including deployment windows and validation checkpoints.
• Assist with patch releases, including scheduling, packaging, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain visibility of deployment and testing status across active releases and escalations.
• Identify and resolve impediments by partnering with Development, QA, Product, Release Management, and DevOps.
• Prepare reports using Jira data, release schedules, and defect trends to support decisions.
• Contribute to best practices for release execution and cross-team communication.
