Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Project Manager to support end-to-end QA environments, coordinating deployment schedules, test windows, and release readiness across Product, Development, QA, Release Management, and SaaS Operations.

The role requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication, and practical Jira experience to keep teams aligned through changing priorities and deployment dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with software release processes and QA
• Ability to manage multiple release trains and schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the release process for CRIMS core releases, track milestones and readiness
• Own the operational schedule for end-to-end QA environment activity including deployment windows and validation checkpoints
• Assist with patch releases, including scheduling and delivery tracking
• Maintain visibility of deployment and testing status across active releases; escalate blockers and defects
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports using Jira data and release schedules to support decision-making
• Contribute to best practices for release execution and cross-team collaboration
• Facilitate structured meetings, risk reviews, and dependency management
