Job summary

Principal Financial Group is seeking a Relationship Manager in the TPA Customer Care area to build deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors and third-party administrators in our 10M-200M market segment. You will serve as a strategic partner delivering tailored solutions to drive retention, growth and retirement readiness.

Responsibilities include collaborating with TPA, sponsors and advisors on plan features, health reviews and solving complex issues, while maintaining a focus on client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Must become an associated person of Principal Securities, Inc.
• Qualified Plan knowledge and unbundled experience preferred (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal, analytical and written/oral communication.
• Must be assertive and entrepreneurial.
• Travel required – 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TPA, plan sponsor and the advisor on plan features, investments, retirement readiness, services and new opportunities.
• Plan level health reviews.
