Travel 5–20% may be required. The role emphasizes broad stakeholder collaboration, regulatory awareness, and delivering tailored solutions in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• FINRA 6 and 63 registration within corporate timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Life Insurance License required.
• Experience managing client relationships in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-size retirement plans (20–30 plans) to ensure retention and profitability.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors, advisors, and TPAs to support objectives.
• Lead plan reviews, participant education, and regulatory updates.
• Develop strategic insights on plan design, investments, and retirement readiness.
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing strategies.
