Empower is seeking a strategic Relationship Manager to strengthen connections with advisors, sponsors, and administrators in the corporate market. You will oversee retention for a $10–$50 MM book, collaborate on plan design and retirement readiness, and deliver reviews with employee education planning.

Requirements include FINRA registrations, Life Insurance license, ERISA knowledge, and 4+ years in financial services. Travel within territory will be required.

Qualifikationen

• FINRA 6 & 63 registrations within corporate timelines.
• Life Insurance license required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years financial services or related experience.
• 2+ years building strategic relationships.
• Foundational understanding of ERISA concepts in compliance, plan design and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex content clearly.
• Ability to sort facts, data and information to define problems and craft solutions.
• Basic negotiation and time management skills with supervisor oversight.
• Travel as required within territory; most travel by personal vehicle with occasional overnight stays.
• Office environment with a typical residential workspace setup.

• Own retention and profitability of a book of business ($10–$50 MM ranges).
• Build and grow relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors and advisors on design, investments, and retirement readiness.
• Deliver plan-level reviews including employee education planning.
• Problem-solve escalated issues and partner with sales to deepen relationships.
• Travel for local or regional advisor and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide unique solutions.
• Work with senior staff on complex issues and projects.
