You will travel locally/regionally, partner with the sales team, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions and retirement readiness.

Qualifikationen

• FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines.
• Life Insurance license required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Foundational understanding of ERISA concepts in compliance, plan design, and regulatory requirements.
• Up to 40–60% travel; mainly local/regional; personal vehicle for travel.

Aufgaben

• Own retention and profitability of a book of business, typically $10–$35MM.
• Build and grow relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors and advisors on plan design and retirement readiness.
• Deliver plan level reviews including employee education planning.
• Partner with local sales to deepen advisor relationships and develop new business.
• Travel for local or regional advisor and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues and provide solutions.
• Work with senior staff on complex issues and accounts.
