Legacy Ag Credit, ACA in Longview, TX is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the loan portfolio and manage mid-size client relationships. You will originate loans, assess client credit needs, and coordinate underwriting to ensure policy compliance, while delivering strong service and cross-sell opportunities to expand market share in Northeast Texas.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in banking or agricultural lending.
• Broad understanding of lending regulations, credit operations, and practices.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business and develop a loan portfolio through direct origination.
• Monitor relationships and credit compliance of originated loans.
• Evaluate client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Coordinate underwriting and ensure loan approvals follow policies.
• Make calls on borrowers and prospects to grow business.
• Maintain loan portfolio and manage exceptions and past-due items.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing and resolve client issues.
