Job summary

Legacy Ag Credit, ACA seeks a Vice President/Branch Manager for our Longview or Gilmer, Texas office. The role oversees branch operations, loan servicing, business development, and staff supervision within a medium-to-large branch setting.

Responsible for achieving goals, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring compliance with policies. The candidate will lead loan decisioning within delegated authority, mentor staff, and drive growth while maintaining strong member relations and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with 5–7 years banking or agricultural lending experience.
• Experience in supervisory/management roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, credit quality, loan servicing, and business development.
• Lead and train branch staff; manage staffing needs with senior leadership.
• Generate new loan business and manage the branch loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with policies, FCA regulations, and internal controls.
