Legacy Ag Credit, ACA seeks a Vice President of Lending to lead a medium-to-large branch, guiding credit quality, loan servicing, and business development in Northeast Texas. The role requires overseeing staff, coordinating marketing, and ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and association policies.

The VP Lending will evaluate credit risk, approve loans within delegated authority, and drive growth while maintaining prudent risk management for the organization and its members.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 5–7 years in banking or agricultural lending
• Experience in supervisory/management role preferred
• Strong credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring abilities

Mansioni

• Oversee goals and objectives for the branch and staff.
• Mentor, evaluate, and train branch employees.
• Develop and maintain strong public and member relations for the association.
• Generate new loan business and manage the loan portfolio.
• Perform loan analyses and approve loan requests within delegated authority.
• Prepare loan requests exceeding authority with recommendations.
• Ensure proper risk ratings and loss given defaults on loans.
