You will acquire clients and deepen relationships, offering comprehensive financial solutions across banking products to not-for-profit health systems, universities, and related organizations. You will work with internal partners across Treasury, Credit, and Investment Banking to deliver tailored financing and cash management solutions, while building local market

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct lending or credit support related experience focusing on business relationships
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners
