Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred
• Strong communication skills, ability to convey information clearly and confidently to diverse client populations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration; Notary license preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location
• engages in client conversations to identify needs and offer solutions using TD systems
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities with discovery
• Provides tailored guidance on a broader range of products and services and explains options, benefits, and risks
• Acts as a client advocate and drives referrals and follow-through with TD’s broader network
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and accurate documentation
